2011 Heilongjiang Provincial Business Work Conference Was Held

Heilongjiang Provincial Business Work Conference was held in Harbin on January 10. The Chairman Yang Peilin and the General Manager Yu Shuisheng of the Company attended the conference.
The Vice Governor Sun Yao delivered a speech at the conference. Basic ideas for 2011 provincial business work are: to persist firmly on enhancing the construction of “8 Economic Zones” and “10 Projects”, to speed up the transition of development mode of business, to quicken the construction of modern circulation system, the transition and upgrading of foreign trade, leapfrog development by attracting investments and “Go out” pace of international cooperation, strengthen the construction of platform for provincial cooperation with large state-owned enterprises, and support bulk imports of energy commodities including petroleum, coal, iron ore etc. proactively. Speed up to upscale foreign trade; Foster provincial leading enterprises of foreign trade; Change the small-sized, dispersive and disordered situation of the foreign-trade enterprises; Keep optimizing the main structure of foreign-trade enterprises; Improve comprehensive strength in foreign trade. Foster new growth momentum within home and abroad demands; Integrate new development factors by home and abroad resources; Explore new development space through home and domestic markets.
Heilongjia During the conference, Provincial Ministry of Commerce commended the top 10 foreign-trade enterprises of ng for 2010. HUOC topped the top 10 foreign-trade enterprises for the 5th consecutive championship. As the advanced representative enterprise, the Chairman Yang Peilin delivered a speech on Enhancing Development of Foreign Trade trough Active Cooperation with Large State-owned Enterprises.
